🧾 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please use our dedicated Returns Portal.
Only items registered through this portal will be accepted and processed by our team.


πŸ“¦ Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition β€” unused, unwashed, and free of odors, marks, or stains.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, with a valid proof of purchase.

  • Items marked as β€œFinal Sale” or purchased during a clearance event are not eligible for return.

  • Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Items purchased with a discount code can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.


πŸ’³ Refunds & Store Credit

  • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 return label fee (this fee is waived for store credit or exchanges).

  • As an independent retailer, each refund is manually reviewed by our returns team. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse for processing.

  • Orders made with installment services (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna, Shop Pay Installments) remain subject to their respective payment agreements.


πŸ” Exchanges

We offer both standard and instant exchanges to make replacements faster and easier.

  • Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

  • Exchanged items can only be returned once and are eligible for store credit only.

  • International customers may return items for store credit, then place a new order for the desired item.


🌍 International Orders

  • Prepaid return labels are not available for customers outside the U.S.

  • International customers must ship their items to the designated CozyPawβ„’ returns address.

  • Upon receipt and verification, you’ll receive store credit equivalent to the returned item(s).


⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send an email with photo or video evidence to our support team so we can assist you right away.
